My fiancée had electrocautery for a lesion and abnormal cells on her cervix about one year ago. Her latest pelvic exam disclosed new abnormal cells, and a PAP smear revealed HPV strains 56 and 58. Her ObGyn has scheduled another electrocauterization ASAP, followed by two more procedures over the next 8 months, claiming it will take 2 years for her to heal. We think this treatment plan is unconventional and are seeking a second opinion. The doctor says she does not have cancer, but her cells are at least precancerous. She has had a C-section 5 years ago due to a narrow birth canal and has had increased vaginal discharge for the last 2 years. What should we do?

I have been trying to conceive for over a year now and my menstruation is not stable. I have been using Primolut for two weeks as advised by my doctor, but I haven't seen my period yet. I previously used Depo-Provera for three months, which was supposed to last for 3-6 months, but I haven't had my period for a year now. What should I do next, and what other medications can help induce both my period and ovulation?

I had an hcg test done on 4/7 with a result of 183 and another on 4/11 with a result of 416. Is that good?

I'm 32 years old and missed my period in January, had a very heavy period in February, missed it again in March, and took a negative pregnancy test. It's now April and still no period. Could I be pregnant?

I am a 71-year-old woman who had a breast reduction about ten years ago. I recently noticed redness in the very center of both nipples, which started after I began wearing a fitted top to sleep instead of a loose-fitting one. I have only noticed this for the past two days. Should I be concerned about this change?

I was diagnosed with PCOS many years ago, and my husband and I are trying to conceive. I finished my first round of Clomid 50 mg last month with no ovulation. My cycles usually need to be started with medicine, but this time it started after sex and was normal at first, then turned to light brown discharge. Should I be concerned?
