For the past few days, I have been experiencing swollen veins on both sides of my pelvis that are tender to the touch, and I also have little bumps on my vulva. The swelling has increased over time, and the area is painful and tender. I'm 21 years old and have been experiencing bowel issues and a burning sensation when I pee. The tenderness is located on the veins themselves. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I've been cleared of molluscum contagiosum for about 3 months and had a negative herpes test after 19 weeks. Today, I noticed a red bump on my vagina that doesn't hurt but has made the exterior of my vagina a bit itchy. Could this possibly be molluscum or herpes?

I have vulvodynia and vaginismus, and I woke up with persistent clitoral spasms after using an ice pack. Vulvodynia has been getting worse with endometriosis medication (primolut), which is constant with flare-ups. Additionally, the medication caused bladder issues that persist even after stopping it.
