Hello, I had my period one week ago and I started bleeding yesterday. Can this mean I am pregnant? I am not using any contraceptives, and this is my second day of bleeding. My period lasts about 5 days, and July 16 was my last day of my menstrual cycle. There is a weird smell with this bleeding, but no swelling or discoloration. I took Plan B three hours after sexual intercourse on Friday the 17th.

I am 41 years old and just had a hysterectomy without the removal of my ovaries. My mother went into menopause around age 50. Will the hysterectomy cause me to go into menopause earlier?

My period lasted for 25 days last month, beginning on May 20th and lasting 3-4 days. On cycle day 18, I experienced cramps for about 12 hours and noticed light pink spotting once when I wiped. My cycle is usually between 28-33 days, and it came on day 25 last month. I am 25 years old, not using contraceptives, and my last period was from May 20-23rd. I have been somewhat stressed but that hasn't been a recent change. Should I be concerned about the spotting and cramping, or is this normal?

I have a very low pain threshold and need to have an endometrial biopsy, which I understand can be very painful. What are my options for pain management during the procedure, and is semi-conscious anesthesia like Versed recommended?
