I have a very low pain threshold and need to have an endometrial biopsy, which I understand can be very painful. What are my options for pain management during the procedure, and is semi-conscious anesthesia like Versed recommended?

Can bacterial vaginosis be cured, or is it a lifelong condition that requires ongoing management with antibiotics? I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis in December 2021 and it keeps recurring.
