Can bacterial vaginosis be cured, or is it a lifelong condition that requires ongoing management with antibiotics? I was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis in December 2021 and it keeps recurring. I have been experiencing intense itching and burning around my vaginal area, especially during urination, which is so painful that I cry.
