Hello, I went to the emergency room today because of severe pelvic pain. My results stated that I have an ovarian cyst. I would like to get more clarification of the report. It stated that my uterus measures 9x4x6cm and endometrial stripe thickness is 6mm. The right ovary measures 3x2x3 cm and the left ovary measures 4x4x3cm. The left ovary contains a 2.8x2.6x2.8 cm complex accumulation with through transmission which may represent a hemorrhagic or proteinaceous cyst. I mainly would like to know if the measurements of my uterus and my endometrial thickness are normal? Also, I would like to know if these measurements and the type of ovarian cyst that I have will affect my fertility? Added info is I'm on the mini pill Ortho Micronor and the date of my last period was April 30.

I am in menopause for 6 years now. The last two years I have pain on the left side of my vagina and vulva, with a pressure feeling as if a foreign body is there. This feeling persists with walking and bending, but disappears when lying down. I have had several examinations, all indicating everything is okay. However, during a self-examination, I noticed my cervix is positioned to the right, and the left top side near my cervix feels lower than the right side, with more space on the right. I can feel stool through the tissue on the left side, and when I enter my vagina, I feel more space on the right side than on the left. Is it possible that one side is prolapsing and causing this feeling? I had an episiotomy on the left side thirteen years ago.

We are traveling in France and noticed our 3-year-old daughter has developed a slightly reddish rash around her vagina with a very slight greenish discharge. We spoke to a pharmacist who suggested Saforelle cream, which is helping, but we are wondering if there are other options. She is not running a fever and is not complaining about any discomfort.

I came off the pill in February and had a withdrawal bleed in early March but haven't had a period since. My periods were regular before being on the pill, and my husband and I are trying for a baby. Pregnancy tests are negative. Is this normal, and should I consult a doctor about potential problems?
