Hello, I’m currently on birth control and I recently had intercourse while I was spotting. I’ve been on birth control since January 16th and I’ve been dealing with spotting at least once a month since then, normally around the time I have my cycle. I don’t really have periods anymore since I started my birth control. I usually get BV often and I take a prescription for it but I’m in a panic because I just used the bathroom and I had pink discharge. Additionally, I have a random little white dot on the inside of my labia minor. It does have an itch but the itching began yesterday and the dot showed up today. I’m guessing when I was showering I might have caused some irritation because right after the shower that’s when the itching began. But I also noticed a separation between in my urine. It seems to separate from the water and sink to the bottom. What could these symptoms indicate and should I be concerned?

I took Plan B after an accident on the day/night of my peak ovulation and took it the night after. Will it still be effective? I am supposed to start a period and haven’t started yet. Should I take a pregnancy test or not? Also, would I be having symptoms already if I haven’t missed a period yet? This occurred on the 11th of this month. I’m unsure if I’m just being paranoid. Also, do you know the symptoms of early pregnancy? I have been very tired for like a week.

This comes out of my vagina when I am wiping. Can this happen before a period that is supposed to come on or does it mean something else such as an infection or even pregnancy? I do have some itching but I just switched to a new wash so I was thinking it was from that.

My period is not running as usual, I have pain cramps, and I feel like my inside is hurting and like my uterus is coming out. I am not using any contraceptives, and this started a few days ago when I had my period. I had my last pap test in 2017, and there is no unusual smell, but sometimes I see small blood clots. I am 39 years old, and my last period was on April 24. I have it now, but it is not running as usual, and I feel like pushing. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I am not getting my periods and it's due for 2 months. My last period began on 13th November 2021. I am not using contraceptives or any other medications except thyroid medication for a thyroid problem. I had a miscarriage in April 2021, which led to irregular periods. I took 21-day tablets from June to September 2021 as per doctor's prescription and stopped the medication in October. Currently, I am only taking thyroid medication. I took a pregnancy test at home on 10th January 2022, which was negative. Sometimes I feel mild pain and cramps in the lower abdomen. What could be the cause of my missed periods, and what tests or treatments should I consider?

My girlfriend is pregnant, about three weeks along. She is on antidepressants (Prestiq), Klonopin, and smokes cigarettes. She is very nervous and doesn't want to go to a doctor due to social anxiety. What should she do about her medications and how can she best manage her pregnancy?
