I am not getting my periods and it's due for 2 months. My last period began on 13th November 2021. I am not using contraceptives or any other medications except thyroid medication for a thyroid problem. I had a miscarriage in April 2021, which led to irregular periods. I took 21-day tablets from June to September 2021 as per doctor's prescription and stopped the medication in October. Currently, I am only taking thyroid medication. I took a pregnancy test at home on 10th January 2022, which was negative. Sometimes I feel mild pain and cramps in the lower abdomen. What could be the cause of my missed periods, and what tests or treatments should I consider?

I have been experiencing vaginal bleeding for the last 3 days. My periods are typically regular, and my last period began on July 24 and ended on July 26. I started bleeding again on August 10, and my expected period for this month should be around August 21. I have not taken any emergency contraceptive pills, and the bleeding is red in color without blood clots. I have not had a blood pregnancy test, but a urine pregnancy test done at the ER was negative. What could be causing this bleeding, and what should I do?

I am not on birth control and usually get my period on the 1st of each month, but I am bleeding two weeks after my last period. It is not possible that I am pregnant, and the blood is dark red. Should I be worried about getting my period twice in one month? I have no contraceptives, and the bleeding started yesterday. I tested positive for BV two months ago and was treated with antibiotics. I take anxiety medicine and skin medication. I have dropped about 12 lbs since April and was away on a trip with a less regular routine, including not eating as healthy, not walking as much, and drinking. Could this lifestyle change have caused the bleeding?

I have PCOS and have been on metformin, but recently I've been under stress, missed some doses of metformin, and was diagnosed with a bladder infection. I was prescribed Keflex, which I took for a week before stopping. Since then, I've been spotting intermittently and experiencing lower abdominal discomfort. Tonight, I passed a large blood clot and started bleeding heavily like a regular period, which is unusual for me. Could the antibiotics, being off and on with metformin, or the stress trigger this reaction? I've restarted metformin for two weeks now.
