Hi, my periods are going on for more than a week. For the first 5 days of the week, it was just spotting, and now it's happening normally. It's my 11th day. I am not using any contraceptives. What could be causing this prolonged period, and is there anything I can do to regulate it?

I have been experiencing pain that started about a year ago, initially thought to be related to my colon but now believed to be originating from my left ovary. I have had a CT scan and pelvic ultrasound, both showing normal results, but I have not had a transvaginal ultrasound. The pain has returned after a period of absence and is a dull pain that migrates down my leg. I am concerned about ovarian cancer and whether the pain could be related to muscles or other issues. What could be causing this pain and should I be worried about ovarian cancer?

My girlfriend had taken an emergency contraceptive pill on February 10th, and she had her periods on February 20th. Now, she is not having her periods and is experiencing vaginal pain. She also has symptoms like breast tenderness, headache, tiredness, lower abdominal cramps, and her last period was five days late. What could be causing these symptoms and is there a chance of pregnancy despite having periods?

I'm experiencing swelling and pain in my labia for the past three days. I do not have discharge, bad odor, or itching, but I am sexually active. I recently wore new black underwear for a few hours. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been on a combination birth control pill (Lupin) for a year, taking it consistently. On July 6th, my boyfriend ejaculated inside me, and I took Plan B 15 minutes later. I continued taking my birth control pill daily at 7 AM. On July 11th, I started experiencing slight leg cramps and spotted blood on Wednesday. My period is due at the end of July. What could be causing these symptoms and should I be concerned?

I took a 2-year break from sex and now, if I have sex a week before or right when my pill cycle ends, I bleed. I was told by my OBGYN that this could be due to the break causing my cervical wall to develop grooves. I am using birth control pills and have no STDs. Is this normal, and should I use a dildo in between sex to get my body used to it again?
