How can I tell the difference between implantation bleeding and breakthrough bleeding on birth control? I have had brownish discharge in a very small amount for two days now. I very rarely have breakthrough bleeding on my birth control pills. I have been on Minastrin 24 Fe for nearly 9 years. I usually take my pills continuously to avoid periods, but I did decide to have a withdrawal bleed a couple of weeks ago. I was back on active pills for a whole week before having sex. What is going on?

I am worried about my progesterone level. I am 35 years old and recently got engaged, trying to conceive. I went to urgent care, and they checked my progesterone level, which was below 0.5. I was on my second day of my period when the test was taken. I also have concerns about uterine thickening and my estrogen level, which was 192.5 on my menstrual cycle. Additionally, my fiancé was diagnosed with syphilis, and I tested negative but was treated as a precaution. I am anxious about the test results and the possibility of a false negative.

I am experiencing aching, throbbing pain in the pelvic area, particularly in the 'bones' of the vagina. The pain started as tingling and has intensified to a constant ache. I had a hysterectomy in March last year and still have my ovaries. Bowels and bladder are functioning normally. What could be causing this pain?
