I am experiencing aching, throbbing pain in the pelvic area, particularly in the 'bones' of the vagina. The pain started as tingling and has intensified to a constant ache. I had a hysterectomy in March last year and still have my ovaries. Bowels and bladder are functioning normally. What could be causing this pain?

What should your uterine lining be 10 days before your period? What is too thick? My normal cycle is 26 days, and my uterine lining was measured at 1.4 cm, which was noted as thickened in the report. Additionally, my uterus was described as heterogeneous and slightly enlarged, possibly indicating the start of fibroids. What does this mean?

I had my physical done along with lab work. All good, however, my TSH is 4.1. Some say this is a little high, while others say it's fine. Could this be related to the weight gain I experienced after starting Zoloft 6 months ago?

I have heavy bleeding hours after having sex, it’s watery and big blood clots. It’s has a specific smell different from my period. I have a hormonal IUD for 3 years now, and the bleeding has been occurring for a couple of months. I am 19 years old and not taking any medications. My period stopped after getting the IUD but recently started again last November and has been heavy. My last period was June 14th. I've never had an STD test. What could be causing this and what should I do?
