I have a rash on my vagina and I’m wondering if it’s herpes. I just noticed it today and I am sexually active. The rash is painful, not itchy, and has a little discharge. I’m 23 years old and not on any medications. I had chlamydia and gonorrhea about 3 years ago and was treated for that. Could this be herpes, and what should I do to address it?
