I have pain in my uterus/bladder/vagina when I pee. The pain started last night and only occurs when peeing. It is achey, stabbing, and sharp. I am taking iron supplements, multivitamins, and Evra birth control patch. I am 19 years old, very iron deficient, just recovered from a yeast infection, and my period is due next week. I am sexually active with one partner in the last 3-4 months and recently tested negative for STDs.
