I have had my menstrual period for 2 weeks. I am 40 years old and experiencing light to heavy bleeding. I am not using any medications and have no significant medical history. I've been on Concerta or Adderall for the last 5-6 years due to ADHD. I'm currently 31 and pregnant with my fifth baby, due in February. I've been trying to wean off the medication but find my ADHD symptoms are severe without it, affecting my daily life and marriage. I'm concerned about the safety of taking my prescribed dose of 74mg of Concerta during pregnancy. Will my baby be safe if I take at least half my dose on days that are particularly bad?
