I am 10-11 days late for my period, and I've tested twice with negative results. I started heavy bleeding on Friday, which is clotted and not normal. I am not using any contraceptives, and my last period began on November 2nd. I have experienced symptoms of pregnancy such as sore breasts, nausea, fatigue, and creamy white discharge, but all pregnancy tests have been negative. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I have noticed some lesion-type sores on the inside of my vulva. I have active hidradenitis suppurativa and am currently on antibiotics for it. The lesions are painful, especially when urinating and trying to clean. The pain started a couple of days ago and is constant. It is an achy but stabbing type of pain. Could this be a herpes outbreak or a vulva ulcer, and could it cause a slightly greenish tinted discharge without any smell?

I woke up with a headache at 6 weeks and 4 days pregnant. What could cause this, and is it safe to take Tylenol? I have been taking baby aspirin since I got pregnant, as advised by doctors to help thin my blood after a miscarriage. I also drank a whole bottle of water, which made me nauseous. What else should I take or do to feel better?
