I am 6 weeks pregnant and noticed brown blood/discharge on my underwear a few hours ago. The discharge is not constant, has a bloody odor when smelled closely, and is sticky in texture. My last period started on 2/6/2023 and ended on 2/10/2023. I have no medical history except prenatal vitamins since having my first baby last August. What could this discharge be and should I be concerned?

I recently had a yeast infection, which I believe was caused by taking antibiotics (amoxicillin). The infection seemed to go away, but a day later, my vulva became itchy and inflamed, and the symptoms have persisted for 2-3 days. I've been using cortisone cream, which provides temporary relief. I am no longer taking amoxicillin, but I took one tablet of fluconazole today. Do I still have a yeast infection, and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

I am taking Doxycycline for a mycoplasma genitalia and ureaplasma infection, but it is making me very dizzy and nauseous. I think I threw up from it this morning because I forgot to take it with food, but I’ve been dizzy with a slight pressure behind my eyes since Friday (started taking Thursday night). Has the nausea been stable or getting worse? Is it constant or does it flare up? When did you start using Doxycycline? Has it helped at all? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
