I have had a positive PAP result for over a year now, and the condition has not improved or worsened. I am concerned about the potential for these HPV cells to become more serious over time. I am also a smoker, which I know is a risk factor. I am 25, not on birth control, had a laparoscopy in October which diagnosed endometriosis. I started my period on March 9th and finished on the 14th. I started bleeding again with cramps on the 19th and am still bleeding. This has never happened before. I'm concerned and want to know what could be causing this and what tests I should consider.
