I have been taking birth control pills called Lolo for over two months. My period has stopped, and the last one lasted from February 14th to March 7th. I am concerned about being pregnant due to one instance of unprotected sex on March 13th, but all pregnancy tests have been negative. I have a history of using the Nuva Ring and switched to Lolo due to side effects. How should I interpret these symptoms and what should I do next?

Can you get pregnant while wearing underwear, and the ejaculate did not touch the vagina?

I’m currently 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant and taking baclofen, lyrica, and amitriptyline for pain and depression. I’m concerned about the safety of these medications for my baby and need advice on whether to continue or stop them.

I am 25, not on birth control, had a laparoscopy in October which diagnosed endometriosis. I started my period on March 9th and finished on the 14th. I started bleeding again with cramps on the 19th and am still bleeding. This has never happened before. I'm concerned and want to know what could be causing this and what tests I should consider.

I am 39 years old, had my tubes tied in 2008, and have experienced longer periods since then. I was prescribed progesterone for 10 days a month to regulate my periods. I had my gallbladder and right ovary removed in March. In the past few months, my periods have been heavy for 2 days, then stop for 1 or 2 days, followed by spotting off and on, and sometimes brown mucousy discharge, lasting about 10 days. I have also experienced hot flashes, dizziness, pelvic pain, bloating, and occipital neuralgia. My doctor ordered a CA-125 test (which was good), an ultrasound that showed 2 cysts on my left ovary, and a pap test (within normal limits). I have an endometrial biopsy scheduled but wonder if I really need it. Could I be perimenopausal?

Have you ever heard of the development of nontender lumps in the breast following treatment for meningitis with vancomycin and rocephin? The lumps are the same bilaterally and almost feel like engorged breast tissue on palpation.
