I am 25 years old and have been concerned about my ability to have children for the past 4 years. I have not been trying to conceive and have not had any fertility tests. My periods are irregular, sometimes skipping months, and I experience incredibly painful cramps that last only 2 days. I would like to know if there is a premise to find out from a local OBGYN or if there is no cause for concern.

I am 54 years old and experiencing post-menopausal bleeding (PMB) for the second time. I had surgery in 2017 to remove tissue from the uterine wall after the first occurrence of PMB, and after a second sighting in February this year, I was on pills and cream for a month. However, I am now experiencing PMB again for the past 3 days. Are there any immediate steps I should take, or can I wait until I return to India in September for a check-up?

I got my period a week early on the pill because I missed a pill the week before. Am I still protected from pregnancy during my sugar pill week even though I’ve completed my cycle?

I had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday. I'm not pregnant, my OBGYN just needed a closer look at my uterus and ovaries. Today, more than 24 hours after the ultrasound, I noticed some pinkish brown spotting. It's very light. Is this normal to have after this kind of procedure?

I took Plan B and my period, which usually lasts 5-6 days, is now on day 8. I've started taking my regular birth control pills. Is this normal, and when should I be concerned about the prolonged bleeding?
