I am 27 years old with a 7-month-old baby. My last period was on the 6th of September, and I missed my next period in the first week of October. I took a home pregnancy test, which was positive. I then took Cytotec (4 tablets orally and 2 vaginal) and had spotting and bleeding for 5 days. Today, I had a transvaginal ultrasound, which showed an embryonic sac without a pulse, and I am now 6 weeks pregnant. How can I end this pregnancy, and if I decide to continue, will the Cytotec I took affect the baby? Is it teratogenic or can it cause birth defects?

I have a burning sensation in my vagina area (outer lips), similar to a rug burn, that hurts when I wipe. There are also white bubbles present. I'm concerned and scared. When did the burning start, does it worsen at certain times, and do you have any known allergies or medical history that might be relevant?

I lost my virginity last night and experienced mild bleeding. This morning the bleeding is still happening. It doesn't hurt when I urinate, and it doesn't hurt at all. My period ended this Wednesday so it can't be that either. Are you using any contraceptives? Has the bleeding been stable or getting worse? Are you using any medications, either for the bleeding or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
