I am 37 years old and experiencing painful periods and heavy bleeding. I have had three failed IVF cycles and underwent fibroid removal surgery in 2013. My periods have been irregular since April, and I spot for about 8 days after my period ends. I haven't received any treatment yet. Could this be related to fibroids or polyps, and can uterine fibroid embolization be an option to avoid surgery while preserving fertility?

I should be 9 weeks and 5 days pregnant, but I had a bit of bleeding at 7 weeks and subsequent scans showed no baby, yet my blood tests still indicate pregnancy. I also have multiple ovarian cysts. Could these cysts be causing my body to still show signs of pregnancy?
