I am 69 years old and currently taking metformin, gabapentin, sertraline, atorvastatin, omeprazole, and low-dose aspirin. I had an occurrence of herpes in that area 7 years ago, not genital herpes, and also had a carbuncle treated with antibiotics around the same time. How big is the lump, is it at the vaginal opening on one side, and what could it be?
