I am 34 years old and recently had a miscarriage. My AMH level is 3.9 pmol/L, which is considered low for fertility. I also have beta thalassemia minor. What are the implications of my low AMH level for my fertility and chances of getting pregnant naturally or through IVF? Should I try naturally first, and how long should I wait before considering IVF? Additionally, could my low AMH be influenced by the recent miscarriage or my use of Nuvaring birth control?

I have a 4-year-old and 2-year-old twins and we've been trying to have another baby for 4-5 months without success. I think I may have had a miscarriage last month but didn't go to the doctor. I'm 24 years old and wonder if having twins or developing IBS afterward could have affected my fertility. I also used to drink 4-6 Monster energy drinks a day and have since reduced that intake. Could these factors be affecting my ability to conceive?

I had unprotected sex on April 16 and took Plan B early morning on April 17. My last period was April 11-13, and I missed my periods in May and June. I took a negative pregnancy test and had a negative pee pregnancy test at the doctor last week. Can Plan B cause me to miss two periods? Is there a chance I’m pregnant despite the negative tests? What could be wrong, and when should I seek further examination?

I have a blood blister-like growth on the lower part of my vagina, which developed over a few hours and has stayed the same size for several days. It hurts to walk and feels like blood is clotting under the skin. I had sex after a day at the beach, and I suspect sand might be involved. What is it, and what should I do?

I went to my OB/GYN today because of spotting and cramping. I ended my period 11 days ago and have been on birth control (Loestrin) for several years. I rarely miss a pill, but missed one on Sunday. This normally doesn’t amount to anything when I’ve missed a pill in the past. They said it could be a ruptured cyst or early pregnancy. The bleeding has gotten a little heavier and darker since my visit. They did not do a blood test and scheduled a sonogram for me Friday. I’m concerned with the increase in blood I’m seeing. Do you think it’s worth an ER visit? I should mention I did some manual labor over the weekend (did some heavy lifting), this may not be relevant. I am sexually active with my partner. I don’t know if I’m pregnant. They did not test me. I did have a period that ended 11 days ago. I am on Lexapro and Trazodone. I exercise about 4-5 times a week. I had a ruptured cyst several years ago.
