I have consistent, sharp pain from cuts on my inner labia, which started 3 days ago. I'm currently on birth control and recently had a fever with mouth blisters. What could be causing this and what can I do for relief?

I got my period less than a week early. My last period was from July 23 to July 27. I started taking slim tea and herbal capsules for weight loss three days after my period ended. I am not sexually active and have not taken birth control or Plan B recently. Today, I started spotting and am now on my period. I am concerned if something is wrong.

I've been having a continuous period for a few months now. Are there any steps I can take to help regulate it, or am I just stuck with this condition? I am not using contraceptives, my last period began in the last week of February, and I am currently taking Claritin, ibuprofen, and omeprazole as needed. I had a hysterectomy approximately 25 years ago, but recently I've been experiencing numbness that has gone away, replaced by tightness, pain, and a feeling of restriction around the incision site, as well as a belly hangover. The pain comes and goes, and I manage it with Tylenol or heat. I'm 53 years old and have occasional constipation but no burning with urination. I drink water regularly but don't take stool softeners. I had an ultrasound a year ago to check for appendicitis. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do about them?
