I am 39 years old, 20 weeks pregnant with my first child, and have 15 fibroids outside the uterus, including one large one at 13 cm and another at 9 cm. Given the size and number of the fibroids, what would be the best treatment plan after pregnancy: myomectomy or hysterectomy? I am undecided about having a second child and would prefer to avoid hysterectomy if possible.
