I'm pregnant and experiencing itchy and burning sensations in the vaginal area. The symptoms started a few days ago when I was 20 weeks pregnant. The itchiness comes and goes and gets worse at certain times. There are no visible skin changes, and I have a little vaginal discharge. What could be causing this, and what can I do about it?

I'm experiencing intense back pain and aches, as well as sharp pelvic pain since I got off birth control a few months ago. I've always had irregular and spotty periods, but they've never been this bad. The pain comes on a few days before or near the beginning of my periods and ends on the day or a few days after the end of my period. I've also had nausea, vomiting, and lots of clotting during my period, which hasn't been normal for me till a few months ago. I'm clinically diagnosed with Hashimoto's, hypothyroidism, and POTS. What could these symptoms be or entail?
