What are the symptoms of genital herpes, and what does it look like?

I'm experiencing intense back pain and aches, as well as sharp pelvic pain since I got off birth control a few months ago. I've always had irregular and spotty periods, but they've never been this bad. The pain comes on a few days before or near the beginning of my periods and ends on the day or a few days after the end of my period. I've also had nausea, vomiting, and lots of clotting during my period, which hasn't been normal for me till a few months ago. I'm clinically diagnosed with Hashimoto's, hypothyroidism, and POTS. What could these symptoms be or entail?

I have recently been diagnosed with Stage 1 vaginal wall collapse/prolapse. My doctor told me it was minor and the NHS wouldn't do anything at this stage and gave me a sheet on pelvic floor exercises. I am quite horrified at having to put up with this condition and have bought a pelvic toner but it feels like it's going to take forever to see any improvement and in the meantime I have to put up with leakage, a bulge, and an odor. I'm 41 and is this as good as it gets??

On the 9th day after my period, I had unusual bright orange spotting that lasted for an hour or two and then went away. I was not using any contraceptives and this was a one-time occurrence. My last period started on the 27th of July and ended around the 2nd. I have had 3 partners in my life and currently have a boyfriend with whom I have sex. I have had HPV in the past but it went away. I also experienced a little itching that comes and goes, and I noticed a little cottage cheese-like discharge. What could this spotting be and should I be concerned?
