On the 9th day after my period, I had unusual bright orange spotting that lasted for an hour or two and then went away. I was not using any contraceptives and this was a one-time occurrence. My last period started on the 27th of July and ended around the 2nd. I have had 3 partners in my life and currently have a boyfriend with whom I have sex. I have had HPV in the past but it went away. I also experienced a little itching that comes and goes, and I noticed a little cottage cheese-like discharge. What could this spotting be and should I be concerned?

My periods are usually very regular every 28 days apart and I bleed lightly for 3-4 days. This time I started 3 days early and I’m on my 7th day of bleeding. I didn’t have pain before today but today I’m very bloated with a firm stomach and cramps. Is this an emergency or could it just be a really bad period?

I am on Depo-Provera and have not had a period in a few years. I am bleeding a little when I urinate as well as just a little during the day. I have some lower abdominal pain, back pain, and I've had kidney stones in the past. How long have you had the irregularity? Is this new or something you have dealt with before?

I am 9 weeks and 2 days pregnant and just found out my baby’s heart stopped a week ago. I need to find someone to prescribe medication to expel the fetus. I have no medication, have asthma, and am not taking vitamins. I requested an ultrasound myself from a walk-in clinic while waiting for an appointment with a private OB/GYN.
