I have been trying to conceive for 5 months without success. My LH levels on day 3 of my menstrual cycle are at 2.0, which is on the lower side of the normal range for fertility. I am currently taking Abilify and have no other symptoms or medical history to report. What should I do next regarding my fertility?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive. I had my Kyleena IUD removed on Feb 10th. My last period was 3 days late. I took a pregnancy test on the 23rd and it was negative. Later that day I got what I thought was my period. It lasted 6 days with two days of heavy bleeding in the middle. Once my period ended I started using OPKs and got 4 days of positives. I read that some LH tests will be elevated during pregnancy so out of curiosity I took 3 different pregnancy tests and all were positive. Could it be pregnancy if my period just ended? Was that bleeding something else like chemical pregnancy?

I’ve started bleeding due to a miscarriage. My appointment with my GP isn’t for a few more days. Should I wait to see my GP or should I go to the hospital? I started bleeding Wednesday night and I’m 28 years old. This is my first pregnancy and miscarriage. I have no other symptoms besides the bleeding, which is medium/light and has been ongoing since Wednesday night. I’m not feeling weak or dizzy, just tired.
