I am 41 and after my third child, I noticed certain changes to myself. The labia have doubled in size, and I have also noticed what looks like bits of skin at the base of the opening of the vagina. They are not painful, they cause no problems, and occasional rubbing if not sufficiently aroused for intercourse. I am concerned only because there seems to be more and they are getting bigger. They are like a flap of skin that you could tie off if you wanted to. Is this nothing to worry about?

My period is 4 days late and I’ve just seen a little spot of blood. I’m not using any contraceptives and my last period began on July 14. I’ve never had a pap test and my doctor wants me to wait until I’m 21. I urinate a lot and feel a little more tired than usual. What should I do?

I have a painful lump in my inner labia that stretches from the side of my clitoris to outside of my vagina. The entire vulva and anus area is very itchy, burns, and hurts to pee and go to the bathroom. I have been experiencing these symptoms for the past 4 days and they have not improved. I am 20 years old and have been diagnosed with lichen sclerosus in the past, but this current condition is more severe. I have had unprotected sex with multiple partners, some of whom I do not know their health status. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
