I woke up with an odd smell in my left armpit, very sore lymph nodes under the same pit, and a sore left arm that has been bothering me for several weeks. Breathing deeply hurts under my arm and toward my chest, and I've experienced lightheadedness when walking in the last few days. I also have low blood pressure and carry salt, which helps.

I'm on birth control and I skip the placebo pills to skip my period. I got my period for longer than normal and now have bleeding a little more than spotting and a brown discharge. I've been dealing with this for about 4 days now. I'm also diabetic and have been taking birth control consistently for about 1.5 months. What could be causing this and what should I do?
