I am 9.5 weeks pregnant with twins and have a history of hyperthyroidism (Graves' disease/multinodular goiter). My recent thyroid test results show low TSH and high FT4 and FT3 levels, which my doctor interprets as hyperthyroidism. I have started taking PTU but am experiencing side effects at the current dose. Is the medication necessary given my levels, and what are the risks to the baby from hyperthyroidism versus the PTU medication?

I want a hysterectomy due to heavy bleeding and low hemoglobin, but my doctor convinced me to try Mirena first. Now, I have CIN 2 lesions that are not yet diagnostic, and my doctor wants to do a LEEP procedure. I'm in school and finish in May. Can I wait until May to have the hysterectomy instead of doing the LEEP now?

I had my last menstrual cycle on October 31st. I had unprotected sex on November 1st and November 9th, and took the morning-after pill on November 10th. I then had a period on November 16th, which I assume was due to the emergency contraceptive. I took three home pregnancy tests on December 9th, 10th, and 12th, all of which were positive. Is it safe to assume I got pregnant after November 16th?

I found a piece of skin inside my vaginal canal that seems to be attached to a limo (possibly a polyp). It is painless and bled a little when pulled. I am worried and would like to know if this is a cyst or something more serious. How are polyps formed and what can be done about them?
