I have had an IUD (Kyleena) for 3 1/2 years now and have noticed changes such as missed periods, bloating, and dizziness. I am unsure if these symptoms are related to my IUD. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I have vaginal boils at the opening of my vagina and anus, which started after rough sex and a vaginal cut. The boils are getting worse over 3 to 4 days. I'm 18, taking Tylenol for pain, and using Neosporin and warm towels. I had an STD test 3 months ago, all negative except for chlamydia, and I'm due for another test. What could these boils be, and what should I do?

I’ve been having pelvic pain for a few weeks. I’m a 22-year-old morbidly obese female with regular periods. The pain feels like cramping on the left and right sides, above my private area and under my stomach. It occurs more at night, doesn’t correlate with my cycle, and I have diarrhea often, which I think is due to IBS. I was also having some breast pain. I was checked for a UTI but didn’t have one, and I haven’t been checked by an OBGYN. What could be causing this pain?

My last pap test was a year and a half ago with no swelling, discoloration, but a weird smell. What could be causing this and what can I do about it?
