I am a 28-year-old woman with regular periods and no current medications. I took Plan B on September 2, had an early period from September 11-16, and another period a week ago. Since then, I have noticed significant hair thinning, back cramps, lower abdominal pressure, and increased anxiety and depression. I have read about taking spironolactone for hair loss but have not taken it in about six months. What should I do to address these symptoms and hair loss?

I am on a pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia and my periods started the day I arrived. I am only here for a week, and a pharmacist recommended Primolut N. Will that help shorten the periods? I am not using any contraceptives or medications, and my last period began on December 24. I am 34 years old and have no other significant medical history.

If I'm not pregnant, why would an ultrasound show 12 weeks? I do not use contraception, my last period began on July 23, 2022, and I am 34 years old. Are there other explanations for this ultrasound result?

I am experiencing bleeding during pregnancy. The bleeding started on Friday and is a pink/brown discharge. I believe I am 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I only take prenatal vitamins and occasionally colace for constipation. I don’t exercise but walk a lot for work. I had a baby in 2021 and this is my second pregnancy. What should I do?
