I am a 30-year-old female who recently started trying to conceive. I have been experiencing extreme tiredness, bloating, and unusual pelvic pain that alternates between my ovaries, along with nausea and a strange discharge. My period is due soon. Could these symptoms be related to early pregnancy, a cyst, or possibly an infection such as PID or UTI?

My wife is 34 weeks pregnant with our second child. She was recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes, which was missed earlier. The ultrasound showed the baby is above average in size, particularly in abdominal circumference (AC), and we have an appointment with the diabetes clinic in a few days. Given the baby's size and the recent diagnosis, should we be worried, and what immediate steps should we take to manage the situation?

My period was due to start December 27. I am normally regular with a 30-day cycle. I missed my January period and tested negative for pregnancy. On January 16-18, I had light spotting that was pink to brown when I wiped, and the spotting stopped when I lay down and rested. My pregnancy test is still negative. Could this be implantation bleeding and still have a negative test? If it could be implantation bleeding, when would I expect the test to come up positive?

My 12-year-old daughter often feels the need to urinate but only a drop comes out, with a burning sensation. Recently, she noticed a clear, slimy discharge with no smell. She has had this urine problem since she was 7 and is not sexually active or menstruating. Can you advise or educate?
