I am a 30-year-old woman diagnosed with PCOS and have two ovarian cysts. I am seeking pregnancy but am currently on birth control pills (Diane 35) to treat the cysts. My husband has zero sperm motility. What are the alternatives to birth control pills for treating my cysts, and what treatments are available for my husband's condition? Should we consider IVF, and if so, should we wait for my husband's treatment to work or proceed directly to IVF?
