I am a 33-year-old woman who has never had children and has been recently diagnosed with disordered proliferative endometrium with focal metaplastic changes, including squamous morule formation and features of breakdown. I am finding it difficult to get quality information online. My gynecologist wants to start me on cyclical progesterone, but I am uncertain about taking hormones. What kind of abnormal bleeding have I been experiencing, and why am I uncertain about taking hormones?

I’ve skipped my period by only taking the hormonal pills for the past 4 or 5 months, now when I try to take the placebo pills my period won’t come in the 7 days of placebo. I have taken several pregnancy tests and I have no symptoms of pregnancy, but I’m concerned why my period has gone. Should I wait longer to see if my period will come again between the hormonal pills?

I visited a doctor who suggested an ultrasound due to pain on my right side, and the results showed a small bleeding in the womb. I want to know how this could happen, what it means, and if it's harmful to my baby. Additionally, I have a small cyst on my left ovary and my baby's heart rate is 164 bpm. Is that normal? Can I have sex if I have a subchorionic bleed?

I had a miscarriage in Feb 2010. The night before, I experienced severe calf pain that lasted about 5 minutes and then disappeared. Now, a fertility specialist has prescribed Loestrin to manage an ovarian cyst, but I'm concerned about the potential side effect of calf pain related to blood clots. Should I take Loestrin? Is there any way to know if the calf pain in Feb was a blood clot? If it was a blood clot, is a future pregnancy advisable?

I am six weeks pregnant. My doctor did a vaginal ultrasound and said there is no heartbeat, but is it too early to tell? I also feel flutters after I eat, like movement.

I am pretty sure I just had a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst rupture, but the pain is starting to cool down and I’m not having any signs of too much blood loss. I always get sent home to watch for the signs so do I even need to go? What can I do at home?
