I am a 29-year-old female with unexplained infertility and PCOS-like symptoms. I have undergone multiple IVF cycles, always producing many eggs but of poor quality. I recently did my second frozen embryo transfer with genetically tested, chromosomally competent embryos, and everything looked promising. However, it is now 7 days post-transfer, and pregnancy tests are still negative. Do I still have a chance of success, or should I prepare for failure?

I am experiencing abdominal pain on the left side, just above the hip, which feels tender when pressed and radiates from that spot. I also have sciatica pain and symptoms like bloating and loose stools. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate the symptoms?

My wife, 29 years old and 16 months postpartum, had a blood and urine test. The results show trace occult blood, no RBC, 0-5 WBC, cloudy appearance, ALP 116 (normal range 33-115), HDL 33 (normal >46), total cholesterol 166 (normal <200), calcium 9.7 (normal range 8.8-10.2), and TSH 7.2 (normal range xx-4.5). She has been using thyroid medication. My concerns are about the urinalysis and ALP value, and she has had a dull pain in the cocyx/sacrum area for the past month.

I had Mirena inserted since May 1st. I've had two spotty periods and missed my expected period yesterday, though a home pregnancy test was negative. I checked the strings and they seem shorter. I went to the doctor for an ultrasound and the IUD is still in perfect position. I also noticed increased vaginal discharge, sometimes yellowish and sticky, and sometimes white and creamy. Is it normal for these changes to occur, and should I be concerned about the IUD's position or my missed period?

I am not sure if I am having implantation bleeding or my period. My last period was November 1, and I noticed this bleeding today. I am experiencing light cramping. I had sex on November 6th and 9th, and when I wiped, it was like a light pink red. What could this be?
