I am a 39-year-old woman experiencing frequent but not constant breast pain, particularly in my left breast, which started about a year ago. The pain varies in severity and is often triggered by dairy and caffeine intake. I have noticed that it can completely go away with abstaining from these substances. Sometimes there are painful lumps that come and go. The pain is dull, comes and goes, and is frequent. I have been under significant stress due to recent life changes, including moving, divorce, starting a new career, being a mother, and starting a new business. My diet isn't the best, but there have been no recent changes in weight or medications. The pain hasn't worsened over the past year, but it remains frequent and inconsistent. What could be causing this pain, and what can I do to alleviate it?

I had sex with someone and the next day I was experiencing severe pain and heavy bleeding. The pain started the day before and is localized in my vaginal canal. The pain is achy. I'm currently taking ibuprofen and I'm 19 years old. I had a cyst a while back. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am going to have my first sexual experience with my girlfriend. My penis head has never opened completely, and I am concerned about potential issues during sex. What can I do to address this, and is it safe to proceed with sex?

I'm 16 weeks pregnant and just started bleeding, not a lot but enough that I need to wear a panty liner. I also passed a blood clot about the size of a grape but have no other pain. Should I be worried, and what should I do?

I have had intense itching around the opening of my vagina, with a white, slightly yellowish discharge for around 5 days. I'm concerned it might be a yeast infection or HPV. I have a history of herpes type 1, but it shows up around my anus and is controlled with antiviral meds. What could be causing this itching, and should I be worried about HPV?
