I am a 62-year-old woman on combined HRT (very low dose estrogen and continuous natural progesterone) for 12 years. My uterus is now large (6x12 cm), with a few myomas, possible endometriosis, and adenomyosis. I have severe cramps at night, no bleeding, but increased progesterone to 200mg and take Motrin regularly. I stopped HRT for a year, which resolved symptoms but caused sleep issues. I resumed HRT due to lack of sleep. Myomas developed after menopause. Should I consider a hysterectomy for relief from cramps and to improve sleep and HRT management?

I had a UTI last weekend and took AZO urinary relief and amoxicillin for two or three days. Now, six days later, I think I might have a yeast infection and I have the urge to pee often again. I also have dryness and burning around my vagina after I pee. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I forgot to take my birth control pill yesterday and had unprotected sex. I am planning to take Plan B for extra protection, but I have an appointment to get the Nexplanon implant inserted next week. Would taking Plan B today impact my ability to get the implant inserted or the effectiveness of the implant itself once it's put in?

I have light green vaginal discharge that comes and goes, with no odor and no other symptoms. It started a few months ago and lasts for a day or two before disappearing for a while. I have an IUD, so I don't get periods. What could be the cause of this discharge?

I thought I was on my period and a relatively big piece fell out of my vagina. I am not sure if it was a clot or a potential miscarriage. My boobs have been feeling sensitive for about 11 days and I had very strong cramps yesterday, stronger than I could ever remember. Two different times these things fell out of me today. For context, I have cysts on my ovaries so the chance of pregnancy is very low, and my periods are very irregular. I have a picture of the things but am currently on vacation and can’t bring them to the hospital. Are the cramps constant or do they come and go? Has the level of cramping been constant or has it gotten worse over time? What are all the medications you're currently using, either for the cramp or anything else? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?

How soon do early pregnancy symptoms begin, and can cramping in the middle of the cycle be due to implantation, especially if birth control pills are not taken consistently?
