I had white creamy discharge a week ago along with itching. I treated it as thrush, the discharge went away but the itching stayed, and now I have lesions on my vagina, pain when urinating, and blood in my urine. Could this still be a yeast infection or something else?

I am experiencing extreme thick, paste-like, smooth, white, odorless vaginal discharge. It has been progressively worse for over six weeks. My gynecologist suggested it might be an overgrowth of normal vaginal bacteria, but it hasn't balanced itself out. I had a hysterectomy 17 years ago and have hormone pellets inserted. I tried an OTC yeast infection treatment, which only made it worse. I am allergic to milk, take probiotics regularly, and follow a pescatarian, gluten-free diet.
