I got my period today and am experiencing a lot of bleeding, going through a tampon an hour with leakage through a pad. I have diarrhea, severe stomach pain, cramps, nausea, and fatigue. I'm concerned and unsure if it's severe enough to go to the doctor or the emergency room. I suspect I have endometriosis but haven't been checked due to fear of surgery. My last period was June 20, lasting 4 days, and before that, June 9, lasting 6 days. I've taken Tylenol as directed and am 26 years old. My partner and I have been trying for a baby for 6 months. I am 45 years old and have 2 children from my early 20s. My husband hasn't had any children, and we would love to have one together.
