My period is late, I have cramps but no discharge or bleeding. My last period was on June 7th and usually comes very regularly. I use escitalopram and I'm 25 years old. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have Mirena and took Yaz for 3 days to shorten my period, but stopped when my period was ending. Now, I'm bleeding lightly again. Will I get another full 5-7 days of bleeding, and would taking the pill for 3 days then stopping have triggered a second round of bleeding?
