I just found out that I'm possibly almost six weeks pregnant. I had light spotting last week and then darker blood since taking a positive pregnancy test. I'm worried about a possible miscarriage due to cramps and the change in blood color. I'm 27 years old, take thyroid medication, and had been taking birth control until I found out. I don't know the exact dates of my last period but believe it was around mid to late February. I've experienced some stomach pain and vaginal discharge, which has been darker red. What should I do to ensure the health of the pregnancy?

I'm working on a case study involving a hypothetical patient diagnosed with Postpartum Psychosis after the birth of her fourth child. The patient was taking Effexor 450mg daily, Wellbutrin 300mg daily, and Haloperidol but stopped all medications during pregnancy and perinatal periods. I had my last sexual intercourse on September 14. I experienced bleeding on September 15 & 16, and again on September 30 & October 1. I took Duphaston and Cytotec, but still no period. I took pregnancy tests on October 18, 26, and 27, all of which were negative. I am paranoid and need to know if I am pregnant or not. My last Yasmin pill will be on November 7. Additionally, I am confused about the correct method for taking a pregnancy test and have questions about my irregular periods and the effects of Yasmin pills.

I am 39 years old, 20 weeks pregnant with my first child, and have 15 fibroids outside the uterus, including one large one at 13 cm and another at 9 cm. Given the size and number of the fibroids, what would be the best treatment plan after pregnancy: myomectomy or hysterectomy? I am undecided about having a second child and would prefer to avoid hysterectomy if possible.
