I am 4.5 weeks pregnant and experiencing cramping and light bleeding. The cramping has been off and on for a couple of days, and I've had brown discharge and light spotting since my HCG levels doubled. Today, the cramping feels more intense with a bit more pressure. I had a HCG trigger shot to help with getting pregnant and am taking progesterone supplements. I also have a history of early miscarriage. Should I be concerned?

I have very little bleeding this morning after having sexual intercourse last night. The bleeding has been getting better, now just a little dot when I wipe once, then it's gone.
