I am curious to see if my beta levels are normal. On April 11th, they were 956, on April 25th, they were 44,546, and today they are 57,729. I had ultrasounds on April 11th and April 22nd, but no heartbeat was detected and there was not much growth. What does this trend indicate, and should I be concerned?

I have been experiencing spotting 15 days after my last period, which is similar to my usual period symptoms. I am on Norethindrone birth control for over 2 years and recently lost 5 lbs in a week due to stress. I also have thick, clear vaginal discharge and slight discomfort in my lower stomach.
