I am 28 years old and sexually active. I have always had regular periods, but recently, my periods have been irregular, restarting soon after the previous one. I had my last period on Oct 27, then around Thanksgiving, and then again a few days later and two weeks after that, with spotting in between. I took a pregnancy test which was negative. I am concerned about the irregularity and have vaginal itching and discharge. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I've been dealing with abnormal bleeding for 4 weeks, which is getting worse. I'm 24 years old, on Depo Provera for nearly 10 months, and have a history of an enlarged pituitary gland with no known cause. The injection has eased bleeding but caused it to be constant. I've tried the pill before, which led to migraines and hospitalization due to extreme pain in my lower left abdomen. What could be causing this and what should I do?
