I've been dealing with abnormal bleeding for 4 weeks, which is getting worse. I'm 24 years old, on Depo Provera for nearly 10 months, and have a history of an enlarged pituitary gland with no known cause. The injection has eased bleeding but caused it to be constant. I've tried the pill before, which led to migraines and hospitalization due to extreme pain in my lower left abdomen. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My wife is 9 weeks pregnant and her belly is much larger than expected. She is not gaining weight elsewhere. What could be the causes of this, and could it be due to carrying twins?

I had my period at the beginning of this month, but two days later, I began bleeding again, and two home pregnancy tests are showing positive. I have been bleeding for ten days now, including my 'period'. How can I be sure that this is a miscarriage?

Will I have to have Mirena coils for the rest of my life, or would it be sufficient to have it just for the 5 years duration? If I have the Mirena coil fitted this year, I will be almost 56 when it is removed. At that point, is the womb lining likely to thicken again, unless I have another coil fitted?

During a pelvic examination, my OB/GYN suspected I may have a 'twisted uterus' and recommended an ultrasound to check for fibroid tumors. I am concerned that the ultrasound might reveal something unexpected, such as an ovarian mass or tumor. Can the unusual shape of my uterus and/or the masses felt during the examination be due to something other than fibroid tumors?

I woke up with severe lower back pain, went to the restroom and bled, and later bled three clots the size of quarters. I had two extra pregnancy tests that both say positive. I had a miscarriage ten years ago and it felt a lot like today. Can someone please help me?
