I am currently on my fifth pregnancy and experiencing bleeding, blood clots, and mild cramps for the first time. The bleeding started almost a week ago and has been getting slightly heavier. I had a vaginal ultrasound done recently, and the cramping started afterward. I am 28 years old, have had four c-sections and one D&C, and have had one previous miscarriage. Is this a sign of a miscarriage, and what should I do?

I'm 6 weeks pregnant and woke up with red blood on the tissue after wiping. Yesterday, I was bleeding light pink. I haven't had an ultrasound or any tests yet and am not on any medications, though I was taking Advil PMS. I don't exercise much and haven't started taking vitamins. I'm 21 years old, the bleeding is moderate when I wipe, and I have period-like cramps. Is this normal, and what should I do?

Hello, I just had a positive pregnancy test this morning. However, I have had some heavy spotting for the past week. Should I be concerned? The spotting flares up and varies, not stable, going in and out. It started on the 25th and has been between pink and red. I also have PCOS. No stomach pain or vaginal discharge, but mild stomach discomfort, dizziness, and severe nausea. I took another test in the afternoon and it was negative. Is that normal?

15 days ago, I had sexual relations without penetration, but there was some semen on the outer lips which I cleaned. We also had anal sex where he came inside, and I cleaned myself afterward. This happened during my fertile days. 6 days ago, I had slight spotting that disappeared. According to my cycle, I should have my period today, but I'm worried about implantation bleeding. I took three early pregnancy tests, all negative, but I'm unsure if it's too early. I'm also experiencing swollen and sensitive breasts. I took another test this morning, which was also negative. I'm concerned because everything seems to indicate pregnancy. What should I do?
