I missed my period in May and am 3-5 days late. I took a digital pregnancy test and got a positive result, but a second test 4 hours later was negative. Am I still pregnant, and could the second test have been a false negative?

My vaginal discharge has always been normal, following a typical cycle. Recently, I keep getting thick, rubbery discharge 1-3 days before ovulation. It's mostly clear or white-ish, but sometimes has a brown or pink spot. I'm not sexually active, tested negative for STIs, and there's no foul smell. I have a uterine fibroid. Should I be concerned?

I have been having increased discharge (white creamy) that looks light yellowish when I wipe. Is this Gonorrhea or another STD? I had unprotected sex one time prior and had a yeast infection about two weeks ago, but this discharge is different. Could this be a sign of HIV?
